Hey it’s time for me to share my 1st interview experience with u all..
Actually it was the 3rd company which came to our college for conducting On Campus Placements , I failed to make it up in Infosys & Mphasis, but dis time it’s Persistent with 3.55L, higher pay than da former companies. I should say dis was da company where I cleared Written test for da 1st time.

The interview involves a Written Test, 2 Tech rounds & finally a HR round. I was in 46 who are shortlisted for next round i.e.,Technical round out of 281 who appeared for da Written test. Though Technical round lasted for long ,it went like a cake walk for me. I could impress dem with all dat I’ve & all I could perform up on. My confidence levels raised after completing my tech round. Then I heard 25 candidates were shortlisted to attend da 2nd Tech round. Also I was in top 3 candidates who performed well in 1st Tech round & we were sent directly to face HR round. The other 22 have gone through 2nd Tech round as well.
Total 12/25 were finally shortlisted for HR round, out of which 10 are CS candidates & 2 non-CS candidates. The HR team went on discussions to take only 1 Non-CS candidate finally for Testing side.I was jumping high with lot of confidence & self-esteem . I thought HR round will be another cake walk for me .But I realized how psychos da HRs will be , after facing my first ever HR round. He had completely kept me low & I could hardly utter a word against him. Suddenly my confidence levels were completely made low. I had no hopes dat I could be placed in dat company after attending da HR round.
As I said, I cud not make it in d Final List of 8 selected for PERSISTENT.I knew it pretty well bcoz if I’m very confident about something, I’ll surely get it & if not, den I will never get it whatsoever may be da situation. I’m a strong believer of dis. But, I'm happy for my frnds n collegemates who are in da "Final 8"..

No worries..it gave me Experience how to face Technical interviews & psycho HRs as i heard it was 1 of da Toughest Interviews & moreover, it gave me a new set of frnds in da Final year..I’m happy for it at da end :)
